Nutritional Therapy
What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional therapy is a safe, gentle complementary therapy. It uses dietary strategies and nutritional supplements to redress the imbalances in biochemical processes that lie at the root of many chronic diseases, and so bring about improvements in symptoms. Nutritional therapy can help with these and many other health problems:
- allergy or food intolerance
- Candida albicans infection
- depression or mood problems
- IBS, bloating or digestive disturbances
- poor energy, stress or poor immunity
- asthma or eczema
- high cholesterol or hypertension
- arthritis, osteoporosis, gout or musculoskeletal problems
- diabetes, insulin resistance or Syndrome X
- chronic fatigue or ME
- headache or migraine
- PMS, infertility or menopausal symptoms
